Coffee Products: Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we are unable to accept returns on coffee products. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your coffee, please contact us at support@westphaliacoffee.com, and we will promptly address your concerns to make it right.

Non-Coffee Products: For all other items, please contact us at support@westphaliacoffee.com. Non-coffee products may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs, and a $5 restocking fee may apply to returned items.
